We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance to ensure your preferred vehicle is available. For weekends, holidays, prom season (April–June), and peak summer season — especially Hamptons rentals — we recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead. Same-day bookings are available based on fleet availability, so book online or chat with our AI Concierge and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Yes, rental extensions are available subject to vehicle availability. Contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled return time to request an extension. Extended rentals are billed at the applicable daily rate, and multi-day discounts may apply for longer extensions.

To rent an exotic car from BluStreet, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Hold a valid driver's license
  • Carry your own full-coverage auto insurance that extends to rental vehicles (BluStreet does NOT provide insurance)
  • Provide a credit card in the renter's name for the security deposit
  • Sign our rental agreement before pickup

All requirements are verified at the time of pickup before keys are handed over.

Yes, we accept valid International Driving Permits (IDP) accompanied by the renter's original foreign driver's license. Additional documentation and a larger security deposit may be required for international renters. Please contact us in advance to discuss specific requirements for international bookings.

Additional drivers must be listed on the rental agreement, meet the minimum age requirement of 18, hold a valid driver's license, and carry their own full-coverage auto insurance. An additional driver fee may apply. Any unauthorized driver operating the vehicle voids the rental agreement and all protections.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo, wire transfers, and Zelle. You can pay directly through our website when booking online. A valid credit card is required for the security deposit hold regardless of how you pay for the rental. Cash is not accepted.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit amount varies by vehicle and typically ranges from $2,000 to $10,000. The deposit is held on your credit card and released within 5–7 business days after the vehicle is returned in good condition with no damage or violations.

Yes, most rentals include a daily mileage allowance — typically 100 miles per day. Additional miles are charged at a per-mile rate that varies by vehicle. Unlimited mileage packages are available for multi-day and weekly rentals. The mileage allowance and overage rate are listed on each vehicle's page and confirmed at the time of booking.

Most customers pick up directly from our Deer Park, NY location at 1065 Long Island Ave. Our team walks you through the vehicle and hands you the keys. If you prefer, delivery is available as an add-on service across all five NYC boroughs, Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk counties), Westchester, the Hamptons, and New Jersey.

Standard pickup and return windows are between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, seven days a week at our Deer Park, NY location. Early morning and late evening arrangements can be made with advance notice and may incur an after-hours fee. If you've added delivery, the same hours apply.

Yes. All renters must carry full-coverage auto insurance (comprehensive and collision) that extends to rental vehicles valued at $200,000 or more. We recommend calling your insurance provider before your rental to confirm coverage for exotic and luxury vehicles. BluStreet does not provide insurance — you must bring proof of your own coverage. Your insurance must be active and verifiable at the time of pickup.

In the event of an accident or damage, contact emergency services if needed, then call us immediately at 1-646-480-1680. We document every vehicle's condition with detailed photos before and after each rental. The renter is responsible for all damage — your personal insurance and the security deposit will be used to cover repair costs. Any costs exceeding the deposit will be billed to the renter's credit card on file.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours are subject to a fee equal to 50% of one day's rental rate. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows forfeit the full rental amount. Holiday and peak-season bookings may have stricter cancellation terms. We recommend booking early and reaching out to us if your plans change.

Vehicles must remain within the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) unless prior written approval is obtained. Track use, off-road driving, and reckless driving are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental and forfeiture of the security deposit. All terms are outlined in the rental agreement signed before pickup.
